STRIDE GROUPS

Gayme Night

Tuesdays 4–5:30pm, (4/21, 5/5, 5/19), Located at The Zone

Gayme Night hosted by STRIDE and The Zone is a space where students gather to play video games and board games. It is an opportunity to add play and community to your day.

Neuroqueer Virtual Group

Thursdays 11am–12pm, Week 3 (4/16) - Week 10 (6/4), Via Zoom

This virtual group is a welcoming space for trans and queer people who think they might be neurodivergent. Whether you identify as autistic, ADHD, self-diagnosed, questioning, or simply curious about neurodiversity, you are welcome here. Meeting online helps create a more accessible environment where folx can feel comfortable unmasking and showing up as themselves. Together we’ll explore the intersection of neurodivergence and queer or trans identity, share experiences, and build community.

Trans & Gender Diverse Group

Tuesdays 2–3pm, Week 3 (4/14) - Week 10 (6/2), Located at the LGBT Resource Center

Are you questioning your gender? Do you need a space to discuss your gender identity with others who may be going through the same thing? This group allows students to explore their thoughts and feelings related to their gender identity. Join this group to build community, share experiences, and get support while navigating the world outside the gender binary. No matter where you are on the gender spectrum, you are welcome here! This CAPS group is cofacilitated with our STRIDE coordinators.

Transfemme Group

Tuesdays 1–2pm, Week 3 (4/14) - Week 10 (6/2), Located at the Women's Resource Center

This is a group for Transfemme + Transfemme questioning undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. This is a space to connect and be in community with each other. Topics are determined by group participants and have previously included discussions around family, dating, experience-sharing, and anything else that group attendees would like to discuss.
